摘要
运用大型结构有限元软件对新开发的J92 1 0型开式数控回转头压力机的机身进行分析与计算 ,研究其在公称压力下机身的变形和应力分布情况 .根据分析结果 ,对机身结构进行了优化设计 。
The frame of new developed J92 10 open type CNC turret press is numerically analyzed by FEM method using a large structural analysis software.The displacement,stress and strain fields of the frame under nominal pressure are studied.On the basis of analysis results,the structure design of frame is optimised,and satisfactory result is obtained.
