摘要
研究了BP人工神经网络在激光加工模拟物理参数预测中的应用方法 ;依其规律将所用参数划分为两大类型 ,并设计了相应的BP神经网络模型和软件 ;通过与实验法、回归分析法和函数插值法的对比检验 ,证明BP神经网络适用于对激光加工模拟用物理参数预测 ,其准确性优于回归分析法和函数插值法 ;
The method of applying artificial BP neural network to physical parameters forecasting in laser working computer simulation is studied.Parameters used are classified into two kinds by some principles.Corresponding BP neural network model and program are designed.The caculated results are campared with that of experimental,regressional and interpolational method and show better sccuracy.It is concluded that the lacked data can be supplemented by calculation with this software.
