摘要 双语教学评价是一种价值判断的过程。基础教育新课程倡导的课程评价理念是双语教学评价的价值判断标准。教学评价对双语教学的发展发挥着重要作用。目前我国双语教学评价存在着诸多问题,需要通过构建科学合理的教学评价目标、制定科学的教学评价原则、构建多元的教学评价主体、采用多样化的教学评价方法、完善教学评价体制等措施和手段来建立和完善双语教学评价体系,进而促进双语教学质量和水平的提高。 Bilingual teaching evaluation is a process of value judgment. Curriculum evaluation concept proposed by new course of basic education is value judgment standard of bilingual teaching evaluation, which plays an important role in the development of bilingual teaching. In the present, there are many problems in bilingual teaching evaluation in our country, which need to construct scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation target, establish scientific principles of teaching evaluation, construct multiple teaching evaluation subject, adopting diversified teaching evaluation methods, complete the teaching evaluation system. By means of these measures and methods, bilingual teaching evaluation system can be established and perfected, so as to promote the advancement of bilingual teaching quality and level.
