摘要
利用微探针拉曼光谱仪 ,得到了几种缩氨酸在电化学处理的粗糙银表面上的表面增强拉曼光谱 .分析这些光谱 ,可以知道这些分子在银表面的取向 .结果表明 :这些二肽分子都是通过其羧基与银表面作用 ,即羧基在银表面的拉曼增强为电荷转移增强机制 ;氨基则位于银表面以外 。
Surface enhanced Raman scattering spectra were measured for some peptides on an electrochemical prepared silver surface, using a Raman spectrometer with a laser of λ=632.8 nm. The spectra gave the information of the orientation of the molecules, i.e. all peptide molecules were absorbed on the silver surface through the carboxyl group. However, the amino groups were out of the surface and they were enhanced by electromagnetic mechanism.
