摘要
选取三种典型农业废弃物玉米杆、谷壳和棉杆为原料在自行设计的石英反应器上对其热解焦进行水蒸气气化,探讨热解焦气化过程中碱/碱土金属的析出规律。结果表明,三种样品焦气化过程中H_2和CO是主要产气,H_2析出量高于CO,且CH_4析出量显著低于其热解阶段,这说明水蒸气气化强化了水煤气反应及去甲烷化反应,导致H_2析出量增加,CH_4析出量减少。在焦气化过程中12%~34%的碱金属以及12%~16%的碱土金属析出。
A designed quartz fixed-bed reactor was used to investigate the characteristics of the syngas and alkali/alkaline earth metals(AAEMs) during char steam gasification of three typical agricultural residues:corn stalk,rice husk and cotton stalk in the paper.The results indicated during char gasification process H_2 and CO were the main syngas,and the release amount of H_2 was higher than that of CO.further CH_4release amount was remarkable lower than its release amount of pyrolysis stage,which indicated steam gasification enhanced water-gas shift and demethanization reaction,leading to the release amount of H_2 increase and that of CH4 decrease. 12%~34%of alkali metal and 12%~16%of alkaline earth metal evaporated in char gasification process.
