摘要
分别采用氢氧化铝和蜜胺对红磷进行包覆,制备了氢氧化铝包覆红磷和蜜胺包覆红磷。燃烧性能测试结果表明,以质量分数7%的包覆红磷添加到聚丙烯中,2种包覆红磷对聚丙烯有明显的阻燃效果,垂直燃烧测试均达到V-0级,氧指数均从18.0%提高至20.7%;氢氧化铝包覆红磷和蜜胺包覆红磷使聚丙烯的热释放速率峰值从1 245.07kW/m2分别下降到772.92kW/m2和726.50kW/m2。
The red phosphorus was encapsulated by aluminum hydroxide and mela- mine resins, respectively. The results of burning test show that the flame retardancy of PP filled with two kinds of encapsulated red phosphorus are obviously improved and reaches V-0 grade in the vertical burning test when the mass fraction of encapsulated red phosphorus is 7%. The oxygen index of PP increases from 18.0% to 20.7%. The peak heat release rates of PP with the red phosphorus encapsulated by the aluminum hydroxide and the melamine reduce respectively from 1 245.07 kW/m2 to 772.92 kW/m2 and 726.50 kW/m2.
