摘要一、美国对外贸易政策新走向对外贸易政策是一国经济和对外政策的重要组成部分。美国作为世界唯一的超级大国，其对外贸易政策对全球贸易发展和格局调整有着举足轻重的作用。2008年开始的金融危机使美国经济陷入低迷，其对外贸易政策也出现了相应的调整。
