中国2009年恶性淋巴瘤发病与死亡分析

An Analysis of Incidence and Mortality of Malignant Lymphoma in China,2009

[目的]分析2009年中国肿瘤登记地区恶性淋巴瘤的发病与死亡情况。[方法]选择质量较好的72个肿瘤登记处的恶性淋巴瘤发病与死亡记录,计算其发病率、死亡率、年龄别发病(死亡)率等。[结果]2009年中国恶性淋巴瘤发病粗率为6.68/10万,占全部恶性肿瘤发病的2.34%。城市地区发病粗率为8.21/10万,高于农村地区的3.56/10万。男性发病粗率7.71/10万,高于女性的5.64/10万。中国恶性淋巴瘤死亡粗率为3.75/10万,占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的2.08%。城市地区死亡粗率为4.37/10万,农村地区为2.48/10万。男性死亡粗率(4.59/10万)高于女性(2.90/10万)。[结论]2009年恶性淋巴瘤发病、死亡与2008年基本持平,城市男性淋巴瘤发病率升高,女性淋巴瘤发病高峰年龄提前。

[Purpose] To investigate the incidence and mortality of malignant lymphoma in Chinese cancer registries in 2009. [Methods] The data from 72 registries with high quality were included into the analysis. The incidence,mortality and age-specific incidence （mortality） of malignant lymphoma were calculated. [Results] The crude incidence rate of malignant lymphoma in China in 2009 was 6.68/10 5 ,which accounted for 2.34% of new cancer cases. The incidence rate was higher in urban area （8.21/10 5） than that in rural area （3.56/105）. The incidence rate was lower in female （5.64/105） than that in male （7.71/105）. Besides,the crude mortality rate was 3.75/10 5 （4.37/10 5 in urban area and 2.48/10 5 in rural area,4.59/10 5 in male and 2.90/10 5 in female）,which accounted for 2.08% of all cancer deaths. [Conclusion]Compared with 2008 the incidence and mortality rates of malignant lymphoma in 2009 remain unchanged. The incidence rate of lymphoma increases in urban male,and peak age of suffering from this disease comes earlier in female.
