摘要
"后大跃进"运动是指20世纪70年代末以来我国以高速度、高指标为特征的又一轮推进经济建设、社会发展的运动;"后大跃进"运动主要表现为经济建设"洋冒进"、高等教育大跃进、交通建设大跃进等;"后大跃进"运动带来了多方面的消极影响;它的长期盛行有四个方面的原因;必须采取切实的措施防范它再度重演。
The movement of'the Post Great Leap Forward'is another movement characterized by high - speed and high - target,on advancing economic and social development in China since the 1970s. The movement is mainly manifested by'the western adventurous advance'of economic development,'the Great Leap Forward'of higher education,'the Great Leap Forward'of traffic construction and the like. The movement of'the Post Great Leap Forward'brings negative influence in various directions. Its long prevalence has four different reasons. It is necessary to take practical measures against repeating itself.
