摘要
利用超微磨粒的电泳特性 ,实现硬脆性材料的塑性去除磨削方式 ,试验结果表明 ,采用自进给电泳磨削加工技术 ,明显改善硬脆性材料的表面粗糙度和破损率。
Utilizing electrophoretic feature of ultra\|fine abrasive grains to realize ductile\|regime grinding on hard and brittle materials was studied. The result showed that the roughness of the worked surface are significantly reduced by the technology of self\|feeding electrophoretic grinding.
