According to the relevant requirements from the Technical Guidelines for Energy- Saving Assessment of Fixed Assets Investment projects, some suggestions and opinions of energy - saving assessment on wind power plan are proposed based on several actual projects, including the calculation of energy consumption of wind prower paint,the constitution of energy efficiency index system ,and so on. it provides reference for the energy - saving assessment of the same projects.
