摘要
目的:建立测定清香藤中阿魏酸含量的HPLC法。方法:采用日本岛津C18(VP-ODS150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.085%磷酸(17:83)为流动相,检测波长316nm,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:阿魏酸的线性关系为0.037~0.125μg(r=0.9992);平均回收率为96.52%(RSD为0.78%)。结论:所建立的HPLC法可用于测定清香藤中阿魏酸的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in Jasminum lanceolarium by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:HPLC was performed on VP-ODS C18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)(Shimadzu,Japan) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid(17:83) at a detection wavelength of 316 nm,a flow rate of 1.0 ml /min,and a column temperature of 30℃.Results:A linear relationship was found within a ferulic acid content range of 0.037 0.125 μg(r = 0.9992) ;the average recovery rate was 96.52%(RSD = 0.78%).Conclusion:The established HPLC method can be used for determining the content of ferulic acid in Jasminum lanceolarium.
