Influence of temperature and storage time on reticulocyte parameters and establishment of reference values for laboratory parameters

摘要 目的探讨温度及存放时间对网织红细胞计数的影响,建立科室的参考范围。方法将标本放置于不同温度下,观察不同时间网织红细胞计数各参数的变化。结果在低温(2~8)℃条件下,网织红细胞计数(Ret%)和网织红细胞绝对值,高散射网织红细胞百分比(HLR%)和绝对值,未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF),平均球形红细胞体积(MSCW)在72 h内无明显变化(P>0.05);在室温(18~25)℃条件下,除IRF 48 h内无明显变化外,其余各参数24 h后测定结果发生明显变化(P<0.05)。统计获得的参考范围较设定参考范围略宽,但病理下限基本一致。结论网织红细胞标本应在2~8℃低温环境下保存,48 h内完成测定。 [Objective]To study the influence on temperature and storage time on reticulocyte parameters,establish the reference range.[Methods]The specimens were stored at different temperature for different time,as so to observe the variations of reticulocyte parameters.[Results]Under the condition of low temperature(2-8 ℃),the reticulocyte count(Ret%),reticulocyte absolute value,high laser reticulocyte percentage(HLR%),high laser reticulocyte absolute value,immature reticulocyte fraction(IRF) and mean spherical corpuscular volume(MSCW) had not changed within 72 hours(P 0.05).Under the condition of room temperature(18-25 ℃),except that IRF had no obvious change within 48 hours,other parameters had changed significantly after 24 hours(P 0.05).The reference range from statistical results was wider than the setting reference range,but the pathological low limit was basically the same.[Conclusion]Reticulocyte specimens should be stored in low temperature(2-8 ℃),and the determination should be completed within 48 hours.
