摘要
目的建立一种快速有效的尿中锰含量的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法。方法用基体改进剂0.1%PdCl2/0.5%TritonX-100/1%HNO3对尿样稀释后直接采用塞曼-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿中锰含量。结果该法尿中锰含量在0~10μg/L范围内线性良好,r=0.999 4,最低检出量为0.014μg/L,两个不同锰浓度的尿样的精密度为4.23%和3.95%,不同浓度样品加标回收率在97.5%~106.0%之间。结论该法是快速、简便、灵敏、准确可靠的尿中锰含量检测方法。
[Objective]To establish a simple and reliable analysis method for determination of manganese in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).[Methods]The urine samples were diluted in matrix modifier 0.1% PdCl2/0.5% TritonX-100 /1% HNO3,then the manganese content were detected by Zeeman GFAAS.[Results]The standard curve was linear in the range of 0 ~ 10 μg / L(r =0.999 4).The minimum detection limit was 0.014 μg/L.The precision of two urine samples with different manganese content was 4.23% and 3.95% respectively,and the recovery of standard addition was 97.5%-106.0%.[Conclusion]The method is rapid,simple,sensitive and reliable for direct determination of manganese in urine.
