2008—2012年北京市延庆县农村居民食用碘盐监测结果分析 被引量:4

Monitoring results of iodized salt consumption among rural residents in Yanqing County of Beijing City from 2008-2012

摘要 目的对延庆县2008—2012年农村居民食用碘盐监测结果进行分析,为防治碘缺乏病及正确实施食盐加碘干预措施提供科学依据。方法按照《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》的要求从2008—2012年,在延庆县农村地区抽取9个乡镇进行居民食盐监测,每年抽取288份食盐样品按GB 13025.7-1999的要求使用直接滴定法测定碘含量。结果 2008—2012年碘盐覆盖率分别为95.80%、95.50%、92.00%、96.90%、97.22%,5年间碘盐覆盖率差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。在进行两两比较之后得,2010与2011年9个乡镇的碘盐覆盖率的差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。2010与2012年9个乡镇的碘盐覆盖率之间的差异亦有统计学意义(P=0.006)。2008—2012年碘盐合格率分别为98.60%、99.30%、98.10%、99.30%、99.29%,5年间差异无统计学意义(P=0.065)。结论延庆县碘盐合格率已达国家标准,但仍有部分居民食用不合格碘盐,建议进一步加强健康教育和对居民食用碘盐的监督监测工作,巩固防治结果。 [Objective]To analyze the monitoring results of iodized salt consumption among rural residents in YanQing County from2008-2012,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention of iodine deficiency disorders and correct implementation of salt iodization.[Methods]According to"National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Monitoring Program",9 towns in rural areas of Yanqing County were selected for iodized salt consumption monitoring from 2008-2012.A total of 288 samples of edible salts were collected for iodine content determination according to direct titrimetric method of GB 13025.7-1999.[Results]The coverage rate of iodized salt was 95.80%,95.50%,92.00%,96.90%,97.22%,respectively from 2008-2012,with significant differences(P =0.022).The coverage rate was significantly different between 2010 and 2011 in 9 towns(P =0.011).And the coverage rate was also significantly different between 9 towns in 2010 and 2012(P = 0.006).The qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.60%,99.30%,98.10%,99.30%,99.29% from 2008-2012,without significant difference between years(P = 0.065).[Conclusion] The qualified rate of iodized salt in YanQing has reached the national standard,but still some residents consume disqualified iodized salt,so health education and salt iodization monitoring should be strengthened to consolidate the control results.
