摘要
职业倦怠是由于职业压力引起的身体及心理极度疲倦所导致的综合反应。在临床护理工作中,护士的工作压力很大,身心极度疲倦,因而职业倦怠成为了护理群体不可忽视的职业病。该文作者通过对影响护士职业倦怠的原因分析,探讨在临床工作中如何提高护士工作的积极性和主动性,减少职业倦怠。其原因可能为:工作负荷过重、医患关系紧张、多种角色冲突、社会地位低下、职业的高风险及护士自身因素等,探讨防止护士职业倦怠的一系列对策。
Job burnout is the comprehensive response induced by occupational stress leading physical and psychological extreme tiredness.In the clinical nursing,job burnout is serious among nurses,with physical and psychical tiredness.Therefore,job burnout has become the occupational disease which can not be ignored among nurses.This paper analyzes the reason for job burnout,explores how to improve activity and enthusiasm of nurses in clinical care to reduce job burnout.The possible reasons for job burnout are overload work,the doctor-patient relationship is tense,a variety of role conflicts,low social status,vocational high risk,self-factor and so on.The countermeasures against job burnout are explored.
