卷烟消费者以虚假宣传为名起诉烟草公司 中草药卷烟“减害”被指欺诈公众

摘要
烟草公司通过向卷烟中添加中草药成分，宣传其烟草产品“减害又降焦”，被一些消费者及专家认为是披上科学外衣在欺骗公众，是烟草公司利用公众对健康的关注而使用的营销手段。同样，对中草药卷烟所进行的“减”论证评价体系，亦被诟病。有专家指出，流行病学研究表明，添加了中草药的卷烟与普通卷烟危害相似，并无“减害”证据。
