摘要
提高界面管理的水平是提高企业技术创新效率的关键。组织结构是企业界面管理的研究重点。提出了适合界面管理的组织模式 ,即跨职能技术创新风险小组 ,分析了重视组织中人才构成。
Enterprises should improve efficacy of interface management so as to improve efficiency of technological innovation, and organization is the focus. This paper puts forward the suitable organization mode for interface management, i.e. cross functional venture teams, and attaches importance to constitution of talented people, structure of knowledge and mobility of posts.
