摘要
采用功率流方法探讨摩托车架的焊接质量 通过摩托车架上大量使用的L型杆件的模拟计算可以发现 :杆件的焊接质量不同 ,杆件振动的边界条件就不同 ,从而影响振动杆件的入射功率流、反射功率流和传递功率流以及反射系数和传递系数 ;并且振动杆件的入射功率流、反射功率流和传递功率流以及反射系数和传递系数均与杆件所受的激励力的激励频率和杆件结构所受的负载阻抗有关
By calculating the L shaped beams which are greatly used in motorcycle's frame structures, it can be found that differences in the weld quality of beams result in different boundary conditions, thus affecting such factors of vibration beams as incident power, reflect power and transfer power as well as reflect coefficient and transfer coefficient. It is also found that the above mentioned factors are related not only to the excited frequency of excited force, but also to the load quality. The findings provide a new diagnosis method and a theoretical foundation for weld qualification of weld structures in engineering.
