摘要
以(CH3)3CS(i CH3)2O(CH2)3Li为引发剂,采用阴离子聚合法合成了丁羟胶,通过核磁共振对其进行了表征,并研究了引发剂浓度、单体浓度、极性添加剂四氢呋喃等对聚合物微观结构的影响,并分析了极性添加剂对其微观结构的影响机理。结果表明,引发剂浓度、单体浓度等对丁羟的微观结构影响甚微,而通过调节极性添加剂四氢呋喃的用量可控制丁羟胶的主链微观结构。
The hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) was synthesized by anionic polymerization of butadiene with using alkyllithium containing silicon-protected hydroxyl group as initiator. Its main chain microstructure was characterized by ^1H-NMR. The effect of concentration of initiator and monomer and tetrahydrofuran on the microstructure of HTPB was discussed, and the influencing mechanism of adding polar additive was analyzed. The results showed that the main chain microstructure could not be influenced by the concentration of initiator and monomer. But the main chain microstructure of HTPB could be controlled by adjusting the amount of tetrahydrofuran which was used as polar additive.
