摘要
目的探讨不同频率电针(EA)刺激对人体NK细胞活性和吞噬功能的作用。方法应用形态学和MTT方法,取不同穴位组合,给予健康人每天穴位电刺激30 min,观察不同频率电针刺激对NK细胞活性和吞噬功能的影响。结果 2 Hz和2/100Hz EA在末次EA当天和停EA后第1天的NK细胞活性均明显升高(P<0.05);而100Hz EA仅在停EA后第1天的NK细胞活性明显升高(P<0.05)。2 Hz EA在末次EA当天和停EA后第1天的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均明显升高(P<0.01)且保持同一水平;2/100Hz EA在末次EA当天和停EA后第1天的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)且有上升趋势(P<0.01);100 Hz EA在末次EA当天和停EA后第1天的吞噬百分率均显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),而吞噬指数仅在末次EA当天的吞噬指数显著升高(P<0.01)。结论电针对人体NK细胞活性及吞噬功能的作用存在频率依赖性,这为电针的临床应用提供了理论和实践依据。
Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on NK cell activity and phagocyte function at different frequencies MethodsApplication of morphology and MTT method,different acupoints combination was selected and given to healthy people daily electrical acupoint stimulation for 30 minutes,to detect the effect of EA at different frequency on NK cell activity and phagocyte function in humans. ResultsIn and 1d after the last day of EA with 2Hz and 2/100Hz,NK cell activity was significantly increased(P&lt;0.05);Only in the first day after EA with a frequency of 100Hz,NK cell activity was significantly increased(P&lt;0.05).In and 1d after the last day of EA with a frequency of 2Hz,the phagocytic percentage rate and phagocytic index were significantly enhanced(P&lt;0.01) and maintain the same level;In and 1d after last day of EA with frequency of 2/100Hz,the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index were significantly higher(P&lt;0.05,P&lt;0.01) and there is an upward trend(P&lt;0.01);In and 1d after the last day of EA with a frequency of 100Hz,the phagocytic percentage were significantly higher(P&lt;0.01,P&lt;0.05),and only in the last day of EA with a frequent of 100Hz the phagocytic index significantly increased(P&lt;0.01). ConclusionThe effect of EA on NK cell activity and phagocyte function has the existence of frequency responsiveness,and this will provide the theoretical and practical basis for clinical application of EA.
