摘要
在一定的工艺条件下 ,流动反应器内物料的返混影响着复合反应的产物分布 .目前仅限于考虑物料处于理想流动时的产物分布 .因此 ,采用循环反应器模型研究物料的返混对复合反应产物分布的影响 .循环比 β可介于 0到∞之间调节变化 ,其大小表示物料的返混程度 .给出了定量描述物料返混从 0变化到∞时相应产物分布变化过程的基本方法 ,得到了循环比、转化率和产物分布的相互关系 .通过这一方法 ,可以选择适宜的反应器和优化反应过程 ,从而获得最好的产物分布 .
Under certain conditions, backmixing in continuous flow reactors has an effect on distribution of complex reaction products. Sor far, only the distribution of products for ideal flow reactors has been considered. In this paper, a model recycle reactor is used to study the effect of backmixing on the distribution of complex reaction products. Recycle ratio β can be changed from 0 to ∞ and its magnitude stands for intensity of backmixing. A basic method is given to determine the quantitative distribution of corresponding product when backmixing changes from 0 to ∞. The relationship among recycle ratio, conversion efficiency and product distribution is obtained. This method can be used to select proper reactors to optimize reaction processes and to get the best distribution of products.
