大型建设项目协同管理的研究

Collaborative Management of Large-Scale Construction Projects

本文结合传统工程项目管理理论,同时分析传统项目和大型建设项目的特点差异,联系协同理论,提出大型项目协同管理方法。进一步通过对世博园实例项目的建设经验分析,阐述了协同管理方法体系:以合理的组织模式为基础,处理好任务分工和职能分工,制定整体可行的项目策划,有机地将项目进行分解,以信息管理平台为工具,对项目进行目标管理。

Combined with the traditional project management theory and Synergy Theory,this paper analyses the differences of the characteristics of the traditional projects and the large-scale construction projects and proposes the collaborative management methods of large-scale projects.By further analysis of the construction of the Expo project,it elaborates collaborative management system： based on the reasonable organizational model,it manages the projects by objectives handling the division of tasks and functions,developing the feasible overall project planning,organically decomposing the projects,as a tool for information management platform.
