摘要
本文结合传统工程项目管理理论,同时分析传统项目和大型建设项目的特点差异,联系协同理论,提出大型项目协同管理方法。进一步通过对世博园实例项目的建设经验分析,阐述了协同管理方法体系:以合理的组织模式为基础,处理好任务分工和职能分工,制定整体可行的项目策划,有机地将项目进行分解,以信息管理平台为工具,对项目进行目标管理。
Combined with the traditional project management theory and Synergy Theory,this paper analyses the differences of the characteristics of the traditional projects and the large-scale construction projects and proposes the collaborative management methods of large-scale projects.By further analysis of the construction of the Expo project,it elaborates collaborative management system: based on the reasonable organizational model,it manages the projects by objectives handling the division of tasks and functions,developing the feasible overall project planning,organically decomposing the projects,as a tool for information management platform.
