摘要
对浙江东部经济发达地区的城镇小学随机抽取的237名2-6年级小学生的课外补习情况进行了问卷调查,结果揭示了小学生参加教育补习的规模、科目、时间、费用、补习的目的和效果,补习的师资来源、师生关系,小学生空余时间的活动趋向和成才途径等多方面的实际情况。同时,基于家长、小学生和一线补习教师的具体情况,运用调查法对教育补习现象进行多方位多学科的定量和定性综合分析和内外交互影响分析,并提出了破解创造性人才发展困境的策略。
A questionnaire survey on after class tutoring of 237 randomly sclected pupils from Grades One to Six in cities and towns of developed eastern areas in Zhejiang shows the reality of tutoring scale,subjects,time,cost,purposes and results,faculty resources,relation between tutors and pupils,pupils’ activities in spare time.At the same time,based on the specific practice of parents,pupils and tutors,the author makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of multidisciplinaries in multi-directions as well as an impact analysis of interaction between inside and outside on after class tutoring by investigation.The author proposes the strategy for developing creative talents,as well as unified improvement of social institutions.
