等壁厚螺杆钻具橡胶衬套设计分析和试验 被引量:4

摘要 根据螺杆钻具定子线型方程确定结构尺寸,建立定转子接触模型。采用Mooney-Rivlin双参数模型作为橡胶衬套本构关系,橡胶作不可压缩处理,确定弹性模量、剪切模量等相关材料参数。在常规衬套性能研究的基础上,研究了等壁厚衬套对螺杆钻具定子性能的影响。通过等壁厚螺杆钻具马达试验,测得当压差由1.93MPa变化到5.90MPa时转矩、转速、容积效率、总效率的变化规律,研究结果可为提高螺杆钻具性能提供技术支持。 Structure size was determined according to PDM stator linear equation,and the contact model of stator and rotor was built.The constitutive relation of rubber selects two-parameter model of Mooney-Rivlin and rubber can be treated to be incompressible,then the elastic modulus,shear modulus,and other related materials parameters were determined.On the basis of conventional lining performance study,the performance of ISO-wall thickness PDM stator was studied.By using ISO-wall thickness PDM stator experiment,the variation of torque,speed,volumetric efficiency,and overall efficiency were measured with the pressure difference from 1.93 MPa to 5.90 MPa.The results can be used as basis to improve the PDM performance.
