Development and Application of Releasing Spear with Slim-hole Spring Shape Slip

小井眼完钻后,在完井过程中容易出现各种问题,如何快速、安全、经济地解决打捞落鱼是降低钻完井成本的一个重要方面。通过技术研究和现场试验,自主研制了一种针对小井眼的打捞工具——小井眼簧状卡瓦可退捞矛。现场试验表明:该工具先进、实用、可靠,解决了小井眼的落鱼打捞问题。

In order to speed up oil exploration and development, reduce drilling costs and improve the comprehensive economic benefits of exploration and development work,the slim-hole has got- ten more and more attention because of less consumption of drilling rig, mud, casing and lighter drill string. So the slim-hole drilling technology and related tools equipment else are being devel- oped and improved quickly. But after finishing drilling, various problems appear in completion process. How to quickly, safely,and economically solve fish troubles is an important aspect to re- duce the cost of drilling and completion. A kind of releasing spear with slim-hole spring shape slip is mainly introduces in this paper, and through introducing, its working principle and laboratory test show its advancement,practicability and reliability.
