摘要
在施恩的职业发展纬度理论的基础上 ,分析了企业中个体的职业生命周期各个阶段的特征 ,特别是在等级、职能和资深纬度上的相应运动轨迹。从理论上探讨了职业生命周期的一般原理 ,并指出了这种分析结果的普遍性意义。
Based on Edgar H. Schein's career dynamics theory, the features of career stage are discussed deeply. Furthermore, the moving trace marked by the dimension of grade, function and senior in the career cone are given. The principle of lifecycle is studied theoretically and the results are universal.
