浅谈广西高速公路征费的现代化管理

On the Modernization Management of Fee-collection of High-speed Highway in Guangxi

为提高广西高速公路管理水平 ,广西高速公路管理局对广西高速公路征费工作进行全面质量控制的现代化管理。制定征费工作的长期和近期目标 ,建立目标到单位 ,责任到个人的岗位责任制 ;整个征费系统采取闭环控制方法 ,同时注重保持征费系统的开放性 ;开展多种形式思想政治教育 ,重视员工的内外激励方式 ,激发员工的工作热情 ,加强一线人员培训 ,提高综合业务素质。实践表明广西高速公路采用的征费管理方式取得好的成绩。

Overall quality control management for the fee collection of Guangxi high speed highway was under way for improving the management of Guangxi high speed highway. The long term and short term aim projects were worked out. The short term aims were divided into the sectors and clerks. The closed cycle control method was employed to the system of fee collection with containing its opening. The colorfully political educations and bonus were together used to stimulate clerks' enthusiasm of work. The front line clerks were required to be trained for rising up their integrated professional abilities. The above measures revealed a good effective in the practice.
