乳腺癌保乳术后放射治疗研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 目前全球乳腺癌的发病率已居女性恶性肿瘤首位，且逐年上升。然而，乳腺癌也是癌症治疗领域中研究比较完善的一种疾病，患者大多有较长的生存期，因此保证患者生活质量同样重要。保乳手术加放疗与传统根治术的生存率无明显差异而且具有保持完美乳房外形、减少手术损伤和减少乳房切除术所致的精神创伤等优点。
