靶控依托咪酯对立体定向术患者血清炎症因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究靶控输注依托咪酯对脑立体定向术患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选择40例行机器人辅助立体定向术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者采用靶控依托咪酯静脉输注进行全麻维持,对照组患者采用吸入七氟醚维持,除此之外,两组麻醉诱导及术中其他用药均相同。两组患者均于麻醉诱导前(T0)、气管插管后5分钟(T1)、气管拔管后5分钟(T2)、术后12小时(T3)、及术后24小时(T4)采静脉血各4ml,使用酶联免疫吸附反应(ELISA)技术测定肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-10(IL-10)。结果手术过程中,两组患者血浆促炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8和IL-10浓度均升高,术后12小时达到峰值后逐渐下降。T0、T1两组间患者各细胞因子比较差异无显著,T2、T3、T4时段患者实验组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8升高幅度均低于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-10明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脑立体定向术应用靶控依托咪酯静脉输注可以减轻机体的炎症反应,更利于患者术后恢复。
