摘要
用类似Ｖ＜＜Ｃ的判据，据三个统计分布趋于一致条件，得到经典统计的适用条件，并解释了有关事实。
In this paper, by judgment similar to V < < C, base on conditions which there statistic distribution are close to accordance and obtains applicable condition of classical statistics, and some relative facts are explained.
