探讨了新医改和新一轮医院等级评审形势下学科建设的发展方向、战略目标及统筹四个关系新思路,提出了人才队伍建设是学科发展的核心、特色技术创新是学科发展的关键、文化建设是学科发展的源泉、服务改善是学科发展的归宿、管理优化是学科发展的保障等八大策略。

New thinking of the direction of development of the discipline, strategic objectives and co-ordination of four relationships is explored. It is proposed that talents＇ construction is the core of discipline development, the charac-terized technological innovation is the key, culture building is the source, services improvement is the foundation, and management improvement is the insurance, etc.
