摘要 标准电阻生产后,需要定期对其进行检定,传统的检定方法过程烦琐,精度不高。提出了一种数字多用表8508A检定标准电阻的方法。其原理是利用真电阻测量、电阻屏蔽保护和比率测量等技术减小电阻测量中的引线电阻、热电势和并联泄露等影响因素,达到高精度的测量要求。最后结合8508A通过对FLUKE公司生产的1Ω、10 000Ω和100 000Ω3只电阻进行检定,结果证明这种方法可以检定一等标准电阻,体现了该方法测量过程简单、快速,可以替代传统的比较仪器。 The standard resistance must be regular test after production. The traditional test method has the disadvantages including trivial process and low accuracy. This paper proposes a method using digital millimeter 8508A for verification of standard resistor. Using the technology of real resistance measurement, resistance shielding protection and ratio measurement, we can measure resistance with high-precision. This method can reduce wire resistance, thermopower and parallel leakage effect factors. At last,we calibrate the 1 12,10 000 12 and 100 000 12 resistance which made in FLUKE company combined with 8508A. The results of the experiment show that the method can calibrate the first standard resistance with a simple and fast measuring process. And the method can replace the traditional comparative instrument.
