摘要 在科学技术迅速发展的今天,凝胶电泳作为非常重要的科研实验方法早已被广泛应用于蛋白和核酸的分离。而电泳图像的采集、保存和相关处理分析主要依靠凝胶成像系统。凝胶成像是对DNA/RNA/蛋白质等凝胶电泳进行不同的染色(如EB、考马氏亮蓝、银染、Sybr Green)或对微孔板、平皿等非化学发光成像进行检测分析。凝胶成像系统可以应用于密度扫描,密度定量,分子量计算,PCR定量等生物工程的常规研究。为了满足科研实验的需要,设计了一种新型的凝胶成像系统,该凝胶成像系统的核心处理器采用当前主流的嵌入式芯片S5PV210,操作系统则采用Linux系统。相比传统的凝胶成像系统,该系统具有体积小、重量轻的优点,并在充分发挥Linux强大网络功能特性的同时,实现了自动关机功能。描述了该设计的组成和系统所用摄像头的选型,并研究分析了曝光时间和电泳图像灰度的关系,以便得到更清晰的电泳图像。而后利用该系统采集实验用电泳图像,最后对该图像采用Frost滤波算法进行了斑点噪声的去除,并和标准电泳图像进行了分析比较。结果表明该系统采集的电泳图像清晰可辨,满足科研实验人员的要求。 With the rapid development of science and technology,Gel electrophoresis, which is a very important scientific experimental method,has been widely applied in the separation of protein and nucleic acid. The collection, conservation and processing of the electrophoresis image depend on the Gel imaging system. After dyeing the DNA/RNA or protein gel electrophoresis with different materials (such as EB, silver, Sybr Green), the picture of the gel electrophoresis are taken and the image are processed using the Gel imaging system. The Gel imaging system also can be applied to density scanning, density quantitative,molecular weight calculation, quantitative of PCR and other biological engineering regular research. This paper describes the design of the system and the version of the camera used in this system. We also analyze the relationship between the exposure time and gray value of the electrophoresis image in order to gain better images. The electrophoresis images are collected with the proposed system and deal with the speckle noise with the Frost filter algorithm,compared to the standard electrophoresis images.
