手术配合中药治疗高位肛瘘92例疗效观察

Surgery with Chinese Medicinal Drugs for 92 Cases of High Anal Fistula：Therapeutic Efficacy Observation

为观察手术配合中药治疗高位肛瘘的临床疗效，对92例高位肛瘘患者中的高位单纯性肛瘘采用切开挂线术治疗、高位复杂性肛瘘采用切开挂线开窗术治疗，术后采用中药内服、外洗。结果显示，92例中，一次手术治愈69例，二次手术治愈18例，显效5例。随访1年，复发1例。结果表明，手术配合中药治疗高位肛瘘，疗效满意。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of high anal fistula treated by surgery with tradi- tional Chinese medicinal drugs. For 92 cases of high anal fistula, incision and thread-drawing was performed on simple high anal fistula and fenestrated incision and thread-drawing on complex high anal fistula. Tradi- tional Chinese medicinal drugs were given orally and locally wash after surgery. The results showed that 69 cases got cured after surgery, 18 received the second surgery and were cured, 5 were of obvious improve- ment, and one of relapse occurred after 1-year follow-up. It is concluded that surgery with traditional Chi- nese medicinal drugs is effective for high anal fistula.
