手指扩肛法结合肛泰栓治疗肛裂60例

Digital Dilatation of Anus with Gangtai Suppository for 60 Cases of Anal Fissure

为观察手指扩肛法结合肛泰栓治疗肛裂的疗效，对60例肛裂患者采用手指扩肛法结合肛泰栓纳肛治疗，结果治疗5～20d，患者全部症状消失，裂口愈合。随访半年，无复发。结果表明，手指扩肛法结合肛泰栓纳肛治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肛裂疗效确切，方法简单，痛苦小，适用于基层医院。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of anal fissure treated by digital dilatation of anus and taking Gangtai suppository into anus. Sixty cases of anal fissure received digital dilatation of anus and taking Gangtai suppository into anus. The results showed that all symptoms disappeared and wounds were healed 5-20d after treatment;no relapse occurred after a 0.5-year follow-up. It is concluded that treating a- nal fissure of stage Ⅰand Ⅱ by digital dilatation of anus and taking Gangtai suppository into anus is cer- tain effective, simple, less painful and applicable to primary hospitals.
