自制中药熏洗散治疗混合痔术后并发症的疗效观察

Homemade Chinese Medicinal Fumigation Powder for Postoperative Complications in Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察自制中药熏洗散治疗混合痔术后并发症的疗效，将225例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组113例和对照组112例。在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组采用自制中药熏洗散熏洗坐浴治疗，对照组采用1：5000PP液熏洗坐浴治疗。观察两组术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀和创面愈合时间的差异情况。结果显示，治疗组在术后第2天、第7天疼痛视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组（P〈O．05）；两组术后2～4d，肛缘水肿发生率、水肿程度大致相同（P〉0．05）；而治疗组术后5～14d肛缘水肿的发生率明显低于对照组，肛缘水肿消退速度快于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组术后5d、10d肛门坠胀的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组创面平均愈合时间为（18．5±3．5）d，明显短于对照组的（25．5±2．5）d（P〈0．05）。结果表明，自制中药熏洗散治疗混合痔术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀等并发症有明显疗效，能促进创口愈合，且使用方便、无副作用。

This paper was to observe the clinical efficacy of homemade Chinese medicinal fumigation pow- der for postoperative complications in mixed hemorrhoids. 225 patients were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （n = 113） and control group （n = 112）. In addition to conventional treatment, homemade Chinese medicinal fumigation powder was given to the treatment group and potassium perman- ganate solution （1/5000） to the control group. Both groups were compared for postoperative anal pain,anal edema,anal tenesmus and wound surface healing time. The results showed that VAS pain scores were sig- nificantly lower in treatment group than in control group on the 2nd and 7th day after surgery（ P 〈0.05） the incidence and severity of edema were similar in both groups （ P 〉0.05）;the incidence of anal edema was significantly lower in treatment group than in control group 5-14d after surgery and anal edema elimi- nated faster in treatment group than in control group （ P 〈0.05） ;the incidence of and tenesmus was sig- nificantly lower in treatment group than in control group on the 5th and 14th day after surgery（ P〈 0.05） ;the average wound surface healing time was （18.5±3.5）d,which was significantly shorter than that in control group [（25.5±2.5）d, P〈0.05]. It is concluded that homemade Chinese medicinal fumigation powder is obvious effect for postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids, such as anal pain, edema and anal tenesmus,promotes wound healing,and is convenient and free from side effects.
