聚乙二醇口服在痔瘘术前肠道准备中的应用

Polyethylene Glycol Orally in Preoperative Bowel Preparation for Hemorrhoids and Fistula

为观察聚乙二醇口服在痔瘘术前肠道准备中的应用效果，嘱患者术前晚口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂2～3盒，观察肠道准备的效果，并与传统的清洁灌肠进行比较。结果显示，聚乙二醇口服行痔瘘术前肠道准备在肠道清洁度、病人舒适度、并发症发生方面明显优于传统的清洁灌肠。结果表明，聚乙二醇口服是痔瘘术前应用效果良好的肠道准备方式。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of whole polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder o- rally in preoperative bowel preparation for hemorrhoids and fistula. A total of 2 or 3 boxes of compound po- lyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder were administered to patients orally the night before surgery,and the effect of bowel preparation was observed and compared with conventional bowel irrigation. The results showed that polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder orally was superior to conventional one in intestinal cleanliness, comfort of patients and complications. It is concluded that polyethylene glycol-electrolyte pow- der orally is a better way for preoperative bowel preparation for hemorrhoid and anal fistula.
