摘要
为确定合理的焊接工艺及焊接材料,使S32205双相不锈钢的焊接接头具有预期的显微组织和相比例,以保证该双相不锈钢的焊接接头具有较强的耐腐蚀性能,分析研究了该材料在不同焊接工艺下产生的显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,以期对实际生产中双相不锈钢的焊接起到指导作用。
In order to determine reasonable welding process and welding material, make the welded joint of duplex stainless steel S32205 with the desired microstructure and phase proportion to ensure the corrosion resistant ability of welding joint of duplex stainless steel, the microstructure, mechanical property and corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel S32205 with different welding processes were analyzed, which would play a guiding role in welding of duplex stainless steel in the process of production.
