摘要
通过对低合金钢标准拉伸试样在不同加载条件下的拉伸试验,分析了控制方式和加载速率对材料力学性能的影响,并结合金属材料室温拉伸试验方法,详细论述了检测标准变更后实验室应采取的措施,以及对新标准重新确认的方法、步骤和应注意的问题,以证实实验室有相应的能力继续满足试验标准的要求。
By means of the tensile tests of standard tensile samples of low alloy steel under different loading conditions, the influence of control mode and loading rate on mechanical properties of materials was analyzed. And in order to confirm that the laboratory has the ability to continue to meet the requirements of the test standard, combining with tensile test methods for metallic materials at room temperature, it was discussed in detail including the measures should be taken by the laboratory after the testing standards were changed, as well as to the reconfirmed methods, procedures and problems should be paid attention to.
