摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析以及力学性能测试等方法对某2Cr13钢零部件上裂纹产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该裂纹为氧化物裂纹,是由于锻造过程氧化物裹入产生的。建议该零部件在锻造时,注意清理毛坯因加热而产生的表面氧化物及模具内残留的氧化物,加强锻后热处理,防止产生较大的内应力。
The cause on crack of one part of 2Cr13 steel was investigated by means of chemical compositions analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, mechanical properties testing and so on. The results showed that the crack on the part of 2Cr13 steel belonged to oxide, caused by the oxide produced incorporated into during the forging process. The suggestion was that pay more attention to clean up the surface oxides by heating and remainder of the oxide in the mold, and strengthen the heat treatment after forging, in order to prevent to produce large internal stress.
