摘要
研制了一种 Cr6Ni11Mn13 Mo Ti奥氏体钢焊条用于高温服役 ( 4 5 0~ 65 0℃ )的 Cr-Mo钢构件的异种金属焊接 .结果表明 :其异质接头具有良好力学性能和抗氧化性能 。
A type of austenitic manual electrode has been developed. These electrodes are used to weld Cr Mo ferritic steels which are in service at 450~650 ℃. The results show that: (1) the dissimilar metal welding joints have good mechanical properties; (2) the failure caused by the carbon migration in the surrounding of the weld interface of the DMWs in service can be overcome.
