大学生入党积极分子的选拔、培养与考察是发展党员工作的重要环节。目前,大学生入党积极分子培养尚存在一些主要问题,如积极分子理论教育的内容缺乏系统性,入党动机考察呈现表面化倾向,培养方式缺少针对性,培养与考察缺乏连续性,培养考察的全方位体系尚未形成,等等。为此,必须坚持集中培养与分层次培养相结合、理论培养与实践锻炼相结合、系统教育与重点教育相结合、共同培养与个别培养相结合、单向灌输与双向交流相结合、培养教育与组织考察相结合等方式进行培养,以此提升组织发展质量。
