摘要 事后维修和计划维修很难预防灾难性的故障,而且常常引起不必要的停机、存在引入维修损坏的风险。与以上两种维修策略不同,视情维修是面向设备实际状态和发展趋势的一种维修技术。本文介绍了视情维修的预测技术。该技术可以实现对设备故障的早期发现和进行有效预防,从而减少维修工作量,降低维修经费开支。 Breakdown maintenance and scheduled maintenance are very difficult to prevent cat- astrophic failures, and often cause unwanted downtime, have the risk of bringing in mainte- nance damage. Different from the above two maintenance strategies, condition-based mainte- nance is a kind of maintenance technology catering to the actual state and development trend of the equipment. This paper introduces the prediction technology of condition - based mainte- nance. This technique can be used for early fault finding and effective prevention, thereby re- ducing the maintenance workload and maintenance expenses.
