构建"学困生"学籍预警机制是高校加强学风建设和提高本科教学质量的一项重要措施。本文分析了高校出现"学困生"的各种原因,提出高校应构建"学困生"学籍预警机制,并给出了帮扶措施。

The Construction of pre-warning mechanism to ＂underachievers＂ is an important measure for the construction of style of study and improving the quality of undergraduate teaching in Colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the various reasons of causing the emergence of ＂underachievers＂,proposes that institutions of higher learning should build pre-warning mechanism to ＂underachievers＂,and gives assistance measures.
