疫苗衍生脊髓灰质炎病毒所致病例的临床研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)是由3种脊灰病毒血清型(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型)引起的以肢体麻痹为主要临床表现的急性肠道传染病。在脊灰疫苗问世之前,几乎所有儿童都会感染脊灰病毒。但随着脊灰灭活疫苗(IPV)及口服脊灰减毒活疫苗(OPV)的研制成功及推广使用,尤其在1988年OPV被纳入扩大免疫规划后,
