摘要
公路养护的科学决策是在对公路技术状况细致调查的基础上,通过对单项病害的定量评价和全部病害的综合评价以及结构性能(必要时)、服务性能评价,提出恰当的养护时机和科学的养护措施。
The scientific decision on highway maintenance is based on meticulous survey on highway technical condition. The appropriate maintenance timing and scientific conservation measures are proposed by quantitative evaluation on single disease, comprehensive assessment on all diseases, and structural performance （ if necessary） and service performance evaluation.
