For aero piston engine,the working condition of ignition system is an important factor of general airplane's flight safety.The magneto is a core part of ignition system,timing adjustment of magneto to piston engine directly affects the security and performance of the engine.In order to provide reference for the maintenance of ignition system,and in order to improve maintenance efficiency,the procedure of installation and timing adjustment of magneto to TCM IO-240A&B aero piston engine has been described in detail.It is of great significance to improve reliability and ensure flight safety of this aero piston engine.
