胶陀螺子实体提取物的化学成分及抑菌活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 对胶陀螺(Bulgaria inquinans Fr.)子实体的化学成分及提取物的抑菌活性进行了初步研究。结果表明:从子实体提取物中分离得到4个化合物,乙酸乙酯和水相对沙门氏菌(Salmonella enterica)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、链球菌(Streptococcus)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)均有抑制作用,正丁醇相对沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。在浓度为100 mg/mL时,针对以上4种细菌,乙酸乙酯和水相抑菌率分别为61.72%、65.47%、39.79%、37.40%和68.52%、65.06%、51.26%、68.86%,正丁醇层对沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率分别为50.11%、69.41%。在该浓度下4个相萃取液对玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum)和禾镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)没有表现出明显的抑制作用。 The antimicrobial activity and chemical constituents of differentextracts of the fruit body of Bulgaria inquinans Ft. were studied.The results indicated that the ethyl acetate extract and aqueous phase showed obviously inhibiting activity against Salmonella enterica,Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcusd and Escherichia coli with the inhibition rate of 61.72%, 65.47%, 39.79%, 37.40%, as well as 68.52%, 65.06%, 51.26%, 68.86% ,respectively,at the concentration of 100mg/mL;The N-butanol extract was showed to process activity against Salmonella enterica and Staphylococcus aureus with the inhibition rate of 50.11% and 69.41% at the same concentration.The extracts didn't show significant activity against Exserohilum turcicum and Fusarium graminearu.Four metabolites were identified from the fruit bodies of the higher fungi.
