基于MSP430单片机的农产品加工机械性能检测系统设计

摘要 设计了一种基于MSP430单片机的农产品加工机械性能检测系统,使用MSP430单片机作为主控部件,采集加工机械工作过程中的运行状态,如电压、电流、转速、扭矩、温度等参数的测量、存储、显示,超出阈值设置,进行声光报警,经试验证明该系统具有功耗低、可靠、精度高等优点。 In this paper,the performance measuring, system for agricultural products processing machine was designed based on MSP430 MCU.It used MSP430 MCU as the main controlling unit and collected operation state of machine in working process and measures,storages,displayes the parameters such as voltage, current, speed, torque, temperature and so on. If the states beyonded the threshold setting, sound and light would alarming.It was proved by the experiment that the system had the advantages of low power consumption, high-reliability, high-accuracy and so on.
